Alex Gold offers one on one training for individuals looking for the absolute best in strength and conditioning coaching. Alex is based in West London, but is able to travel to you if required
(travel time is billable at a seperate rate).

The economical way to get the benefits of personal training, small group training is perfect for athletes of the same sport, or people with similar training goals (strength gain, fat loss etc).

Training programs

If you are just looking for a program to follow to kick your results into high gear, this service is just what you are looking for! As with all personal training services, this service includes a full biomechanical screening and strength assessment to ensure that the program is tailored specifically for you. This service works even better when combined with the online training package to recieve weekly feedback on your training!

Online Training

Online training is an option enabling anyone not in the London area to benefit from expert training and program design without having to be here in person. My online training services are very thorough and
in-depth, but rely on you to put the work in and perform exercises correctly!

Online training is now not universally available. If you wish to train online, please email to enquire. Training cannot be guaranteed for everyone who applies. Only a limited number of individuals who are serious about training (and getting results) will be accepted into the online training program. Numbers are kept low to ensure the best service possible to you!
